There are lots of enticing things going on here, it's a wine that's hard to stop going back to for more. There are layers of cassis, blue flowers, violets, slate and graphite. The palate is silky, supple, full-bodied and rich, with notes of dried cherry, dates, plums, chocolate and mocha. Sensuous and alluring, bringing tobacco, cassia and smoke to the picture too.
